You know how to measure a process: cycle times, bottlenecks, capacity. In Labs you bring that into the ontology and into optimization, so an agent understands how the operation flows before touching it.
The role
- Map and measure processes on site.
- Model flows and capacities inside the ontology.
- Test improvements with simulation and optimization.
- Measure the result against current operations.
Your first 90 days
- Day 30
You learn Labs and the platform; you join a discovery visit.
- Day 60
You model a real client process.
- Day 90
You present a measured improvement.

What we look for
Must have
- An industrial engineering degree, finished or nearly finished.
- You like being in the plant, the warehouse or the yard.
- You code in Python or want to learn.
- You can explain a process to the people who run it.
Nice to have
- Process simulation.
- Lean or continuous improvement.
- Logistics.
What working here is like
What you build goes into products that operate real organizations. You work directly with the founders, with no layers between your code and production, under the same rule we give the intelligence: a person signs what is critical.
