Labs tests what comes next and measures it against what already exists. You bring the process knowledge a plant keeps in its people's heads and turn it into a model: something an agent can read and an optimizer can improve.
The role
- Model production processes: balances, batches, losses and constraints.
- Turn that model into part of the ontology of the client's operation.
- Formulate optimization problems and compare them with classical and quantum solvers.
- Measure the result against current operations before proposing it.
Your first 90 days
- Day 30
You learn Labs and the platform; you model a sample process.
- Day 60
You model a real process for a client who produces.
- Day 90
You present an optimization measured against what the plant already does.

What we look for
Must have
- A chemical engineering degree, finished or nearly finished.
- You code in Python or are willing to learn fast.
- You care more about measuring than about presenting.
- You can explain a process to the people who run it and to the people who code it.
Nice to have
- Plant experience or process simulation.
- Linear or integer optimization.
- Curiosity about quantum computing.
What working here is like
What you build goes into products that operate real organizations. You work directly with the founders, with no layers between your code and production, under the same rule we give the intelligence: a person signs what is critical.
