A command center has more screens than eyes. You bring intelligence there: what the operator should see first, what they get alerted about and how what they decide gets logged.
The role
- Map how a command center operates: shifts, protocols, who decides what.
- Design which alerts reach the operator, in what order and with what evidence.
- Measure response times before and after, with data.
- Train operators and supervisors on the platform.
Your first 90 days
- Day 30
You learn the platform and a client's monitoring center.
- Day 60
You design the alert flow for a complete shift.
- Day 90
You measure a center's response with the platform in operation.

What working here is like
What you build goes into products that operate real organizations. You work directly with the founders, with no layers between your code and production, under the same rule we give the intelligence: a person signs what is critical.
